FALL 2008 - Research and Data Collection

August 2008
• Flex Week - Committee orientation kick-off
• Finalize survey instruments

September 2008
• Distribute surveys and conduct other data gathering

October 2008
• Analyze survey results

November-December 2008
• Write objective descriptions of college processes, projects, and achievements

SPRING 2009 - First Draft of Self-Study Report Prepared

January-February 2009
• Write evaluations of how well COS processes, projects, and achievements meet the Standards; and write plans to address college needs

March 2009
• Publish Draft A of self-study report
• Conduct campus forums for feedback to Draft A

April-May 2009
• Revise self-study report

FALL 2009- Final Draft of Self-Study Report Prepared

August-October 2009
• Review and edit complete self-study report

November 2009
• Board approval of Self-Study

SPRING 2010- Accreditation Visit

January 2010
• Submit self-study report to visiting accreditation team

March 2010
• Accrediting team site visit to College of the Siskiyous
