Fees
- All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. These fees
are subject to change without notice pending Board of Trustees and California
State Legislature actions.

All California residents, out-of-state
residents (except Oregon-See info on Exchange Program below) and
international students. Exemption from the fee with a Board of Governor's
Waiver is available for students who meet low-income requirements
(contact Admissions for income criteria), SSI, TANF, State Supplementary
Program Benefits, or the General Assistance Program. |
Refundable if course is dropped within
the appropriate refund period (refer to the Schedule of Classes
for specific date, for short-term classes - contact Admissions &
Records for exact date(s). |

$15 (12 or more units)
$12 (under 12 units) |
All students except those receiving
a Board of Governor's Fee Waiver or students who use prayer for
healing or students who are identified as confined (must be documented). |
Refundable if student totally withdraws
from college prior to the first day of classes. |

Refunds
All refund requests are the responsibility of the student. Refunds
take approximately four weeks to process.
A student may receive a refund for:
- For enrollment fees, if the student reduces his or her units of enrollment
not later than the end of the second week of instruction;
- For the health fee, if the student withdraws totally from the college
prior to the first day of classes;
- For out-of-state tuition or Oregon Exchange, refunds are made as follows:

- A student must submit a refund request by the end of the semester
in which the class(es) end to be eligible for the refund. A student
must be officially dropped from a class to be eligible for a refund.
- Requests for exceptions should be submitted to the Vice President,
Student Services/Research.
