Sarah graduated from Humboldt State University in 2002 with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine and a minor in Communication,
Teaching and Coaching. Arimoto then continued on at HSU to complete the coursework for a
Masters in Athletic Training.
Sarah has been an American Red Cross Instructor and is married to Todd Zeigler.

Mike Paddack enters his 12th season as an Athletic Trainer at COS
and his 7th as the Head Athletic Trainer. Mike is a Certified Athletic
Trainer, and a California Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. He
holds a B.S. in Education from Southern Oregon University and an M.S.
in Kinesiology from Humboldt State University. Mike has finished his
course work and passed his compehensive finals, and is now a Doctoral
Candidate (ABD) at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
He will begin
his research dissertation next year.
