• score 70% or higher on a proctored midterm exam
• score 70% or higher on a proctored final exam

Software: Mymathlab. Access codes may be purchased at the COS bookstore or at www.coursecompass.com under "Students", "Register". You will need a valid credit card. Our course ID is odegard67274. Cost is $65. Used access codes and sharing access codes will not work.

Course Management System: Etudes

Internet connection: Mymathlab and Etudes require high speed internet connections. Satellite connections are not recommended. Mymathlab will not work on dial up.

WARNING: Students who fail to make satisfactory progress may be administratively dropped.

WARNING: This course is for students who have a strong background in Elementary Algebra and/or need a refresher in Intermediate Algebra. Students should be independent learners.

WARNING: High speed internet connection recommended.

Recommendation: Students should plan to spend at least one hour per week in the COS Math Lab located in LRC on Weed Campus. They are normally open 9-3 M-Th and 9-noon F.
