Annual COS Foundation Golf Tournament
Lake Shastina Golf Resort
The Golf Tournament draws players from around the world.

June 7, 2009 - 9 a.m.

Registration and continental breakfast begins at 7 a.m.  The tournament
begins at 9 a.m.  Format – four man scramble with 100% individual handicap and 25% team handicap.
Prizes to be awarded for teams with lowest gross and lowest net scores.

Players are welcome

Registration Fees: $75 - Includes: Green Fees, Cart, 18 Holes, Lunch,
Hole in One Contest, and Grab Bag

Invite a Guest to Lunch: $15

Annual Country Christmas Holiday Craft Faire
The public is encouraged to participate in the annual craft faire.  Held in the COS Gymnasium, this two-day
event is one you won't want to miss.  Stop by and do your Christmas shopping.  The day is filled with concessions,
entertainment, and a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.  The Holiday Show offers beautiful hand-made gifts
crafted by local and regional artisans and crafters.

Friday, December 5, 2008 - 5 to 8 p.m.
Saturday, December 6, 2008 - 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
